Natural seismicity and induced seismic events are discussed in the context of the seismotectonic deformation method through the example of earthquakes in the Toktogul Reservoir region in the Central Tien Shan, Kirghizia. The parameters of seismotectonic deformation of various sites in the Toktogul Reservoir region are described, based on a statistical study of focal mechanisms. The relationship of induced seismicity to changes of water level in the reservoir is reviewed. The temporal stress-strain characteristics are investigated. Average focal mechanisms for the entire region, as well as areas in the immediate vicinity of Toktogul Dam are analyzed. The vertical component of seismotectonic deformation varies in time from compression to extension-opposite to what is expected from the influence of the reservoir load; strike-slip motions become oblique thrusts. Changes in the orientation of focal mechanisms coincide with the time of maximum rate of the filling of the reservoir.  相似文献

Study on terrestiral noise in data of geomagnetic total field in North China

The terrestrial noise in the differencial data of geomagnetic total field recorded at 21h in North China was fitted by using the geomagnetic vector data from Beijing Observatory. The terrestrial noise level and its spatial feature in this region was discussed. A method, which may be useful for justifying the quality of fitting, was provided in this paper. The analysis indicates that the terrestrial noise is one of the important noise in tectonomagnetic study. It is shown that the susceptibility effect is quite small and the orientation effect is the main component in the terrestrial noise in North China. The rough spatial feature of the magnetic anomaly in crustal substance was infered from the spatial feature of terrestrial noise. The measurement precision and the source noise level of data at 21h in this region were obtained in the analysis of residual noise. 通过对90年代以来我国区域经济合作的具体实践进行总结和分析,论证分析我国推动地区经济技术合作政策的合理性和可行性。作者从明确中央政府和地方政府有关地区经济技术合作以及区域经济合作的政策目标出发,深入分析区域合作组织的合作动力机制及其实际进展,对区域经济合作取得的成果与当前区域合作中遇到的障碍和问题进行客观评价,并在此基础上提出有关政策建议。提出区域合作组织的发展只能对中央政府推动地区合作战略目标的实现作局部性贡献;总体而言,我国政府通过提倡地区经济技术合作来解决区域问题的国家地区协调发展战略目标的实现在一定阶段内缺少现实合理性。  相似文献

4 平差方案及模拟数据平差实验4.1 自由网+控制点空中三角测量由前方交会(2.1)式,后方交会(2.2)式以及外方位元素平滑制约条件(2.3)式,可以构成类似经典的光束法空中三角测量,但由于EFP像点坐标是推算出来的,所以控制点不宜直接参与平差过程.于是平差要分成自由网平差及利用控制点作三维线性变换两个步骤.另一方面,卫星摄影中起始角元素大约在±0.5°左右,对于经典空中三角测量,角元素起始近似值均可按零处理.但在EFP平差中,φ角起始值φ0对空中三角测量,像元素起始近似值均可按零处理.在EFP平差中,φ角起始值φ0对整条航线的几何状态影响很大,必须采用特殊的程序预先加以确定.我们采用不断步进φ角值,比较由前方交会及(1.2)式计算的Y视差的均方根值最小者,即作为φ的最佳起始值.平差框图见图4.  相似文献
